Celtic Promise is made by Caws Teifi Cheese and is only one of two cheeses to have clinched the title of Supreme Champion twice at the British Cheese Awards –in 1998 and 2005. Therefore, it is one of the most highly awarded, artisan raw milk cheeses in Britain.
